In this open level workshop, we are going to peel apart the Twist Study from Datura. One of my favorites, it focuses on footwork for powering pivots, axial extension, clarity in wave step, hip twist, and two challenging combinations. This is a very sweaty class, so bring your notebook, water and a snack.
